On Track Resources was founded in 2008 by educators and Child Study Team professionals who felt the need to provide an infrastructure and resource to empower parents and educators to receive services and evaluationsfrom a group that understood the Child Study Team environment. On Track has a single goal- and that is that the children's interests must be at the forefront. On Track has put together a professional group of service providers that comprise of school psychologists, learning consultants, social workers, speech therapists, ocupational therapists, physical therapists, behaviorial consultants, and others. On Track refers children to a veriety of services from a broad network of providers.

President- MS / School Psychologist
Shulamit Tropper founded On Track in 2008 and serves as its President. Shulamit runs the daily operations and oversees On Track's team of dedicated service providers.
Sharon Kleinbard
Vice President- MA / LTDC
Sharon Kleinbard co-founded On Track and serves as Vice President. Sharon liases with the schools and is the go-to resource when parents need guidance.
Our Offerings
On Track provides Child Study Team evaluation that comply with NJ Ch. 193 code to enable children of non-public schools to receive variety of services. In Addition, On Track conducts private E&D evaluations.
