We may use text messaging (SMS) to communicate with parents/guardians regarding evaluations, scheduling, reports, reminders, or other educational services.

 

Information Collected: When you provide or consent to share your mobile phone number, we collect it along with your consent to receive SMS messages.

How We Use It: Phone numbers are used solely to send transactional or informational text messages related to our child study team and educational services (e.g., appointment confirmations, evaluation updates).

Opt-In and Consent: You provide consent verbally during intake, AND replying affirmatively to a confirmation message. We do not send marketing or promotional texts without separate explicit consent.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message. You may also contact us at info@ontrackresources.net or 732.276.1762. Note: Message and data rates may apply.

No Sharing for Marketing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
